What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
After landing and during rollout on the runway, the aircraft was blown off the centerline by crosswind. Pilot attempted to correct with rudder and braking inputs however, at the reduced rollout speed the controls lost sufficient authority to counter the crosswind. The aircraft ground looped and came to rest near the edge of the runway. Causing substantial damage to the aircraft. Pilot certificates and endorsements were verified and found satisfactory. Airworthiness of the aircraft was verified and in airworthy condition at the time of flight.
