PIC executed a planned touch and go landing. While rolling down rnwy 17, PIC inadvertenly retracted the landing gear instead of retracting the flaps. All 3 landing gear collapsed, causing a propeller strike, sudden engine stoppage, and damage to underside of fuselage, landing gear & doors, and buckling of the left forward wing spar.
