From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot noted nothing abnormal during preflight or pre departure. The pilot reported that once they were cleared for takeoff, throttle was added and when the aircraft accelerated to approximately 55KTS. They began to rotate. Just after rotation, the pilot noticed a "low alt" annunciator, decided to continue, then decided to abort the takeoff. The pilot reported that the aircraft was not maintianing a positive rate of climb and felt unstable. Upon landing, the pilot was unable to stop the aircraft prior to the end of the runway and ran into the grass. No damage was noted.
