What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Incident aircraft departed Cape Cod Gateway Airport (hya) for nantucket memorial airport (ack). Shortly after take-off and en route to ack, aircraft began experiencing a loss of electrical power and contacted ack tower. Shortly after, the aircraft experienced a complete electrical failure. Pilot noted the landing gear circuit breaker was "popped" and attempted to hold circuit breaker in to get gear to come down. There was no gear down indication due to loss of power and the visual gear mirror on the lefthand wing tip only shows the nose landing gear that appeared to be partially down. The pilot chose to make an approach to ack to land but upon touchdown, the aircraft rocked left and right alerting the pilot that the gears were not down completely. The pilot applied power, aborted landing, and turned towards hya. Once level, pilot attempted to lower landing gear following the checklist under the manual extension cover. After pulling up on mechanical release lever, the pilot attempted to lower gear using gear manual lever. Pilot could not get any of the gears to manually extend into the lock position despite multiple attempts. Pilot called 911 from his cellular phone to declare an emergency into hya but dispatcher was unable to understand the request. Pilot then called their spouse via cellular phone and was able to contact hya tower and advise them that the aircraft was 10 minutes out with no electrical power and possible landing gear malfunction. At 1432Z (0932L), aircraft landed at hya and upon landing, all landing gears collapsed and the plane spun 180 degrees coming to rest on the runway. The pilot secured the aircraft and both occupants exited the aircraft uninjured.
