From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon landing at gok runway 16 on December 31, 2025, at approximately 1633 local time, the pilot stated that they felt a shaking or shimmy coming from the aft of the aircraft for approximately 50 to 100 feet. The pilot lost control of the aircraft, causing the left wing to strike the runway, the left main landing gear to fold under the aircraft, and the aircraft to come to a rest in the grass off the runway before reaching the taxiway.
