From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft took off runway 32 from Conroe north regional airport (kcxo). After rotation pilot tried to retract the landing gear but the nose gear did not move, as seen from the mirror on the right hand engine. Aircraft displayed 2 green indicators for the mains and 1 red indicator for the nose. Emergency landing gear procedures were performed with no joy on the nose gear again. The tower was alerted to the situation and aircraft made soft landing onthe main landing gear but as weight on the nose landing gear occurred the nose of the aircraft dropped and the aircraft slid down the runway for a couple hundred feet.
