From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircrafty privacy data omitted, was on a personal flight from kbvt to MO32 for a personal flight. Trip duration was approximately 24 minutes. PIC obtained wx from branson west and positioned the aircraft in the traffic pattern for rwy 09. First landing attempt led to an unstablized approach resulting in a go-around. Second attempt led to the aircraft touching down further down the rwy than intended. (Witness account notes the aircraft landed with approx 600' of rwy remaining.) Aircraft touched down on centerline. Use of available braking was unable to stop the aircraft on the remaining rwy. Aircraft departed the end of the rwy, crossed a grassy area, crossed an asphalt surface road, crossed a grassy ditch and came to rest against a wire fence. PIC shutdown/ secured the aircraft. PIC and passengers deplaned without injury.
