From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During the CLEMENT2'S arrival into West Palm Beach, the aircraft encountered a brief but sudden updraft between 7,000 and 9,000 feet while flying through a cloud layer. No weather activity appeared on the radar, and after the incident was reported, air traffic control (ATC) also confirmed that nothing was visible on their radar. Shortly afterward, the first flight attendant (FA1) requested emergency medical services (EMS) to meet the aircraft due to crew members falling in the galley. EMS personnel met the aircraft at the gate. FA1 accompanied FA4 to the hospital for evaluation. FA4 sustained fractures to her L2 vertebrae and pelvis, she was treated and subsequently discharged.
