From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft taxied from the air carrier's hanger to runway 9. After clearing runway 9 and during power up the left brake locked and the pilot oversteered the plane off the runway to the right (nose pointing south). The aircraft did not sustain any damage and was towed back to the air carrier's hanger. Maintenance inspection of the braking system deduced that the brake linings were too thin and the pads became lodged against the rotor locking it into place. Left outboard tire shows flat spotting coinciding with a locked wheel.
