From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot and passenger were returning to the airport after a short personal sightseeing evening flight. Pilot entered into a partial traffic pattern for landing on rwy 21R. Upon initial touchdown the aircraft bounced and upon touching down the second time the aircraft "nosed over" coming to rest upside down on runway 21R between taxiway "c" and taxiway "d", approximately 4200 feet from the approach end of rwy 21R (rwy 3L/21R landing distance available is 7110 feet). Pilot reported no injuries and passenger reported minor injury. Pilot stated no known mechanical issues at the time of the accident.
