From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On climb out from runway 13 at 0GA1 airport, at an altitdue of about 30 feet, the aircraft experienced a sudden crosswind from the southwest that instantly shifted to coming from the northeast and rolled right impacting pine trees on the southwest side on the runway. The aircraft spun through the trees before impacting the ground and coming to rest upside down. The pilot exited the aircraft under his own power and was taken to the hospital by family members. He was found to have suffered minor injuries and a concussion and was released from the hospital the same day. The aircraft sustained substantial damage to the wings, fuselage, tail, and propeller.
