Analysis
The acft made excessively steep turns at low altitude and the engine lost power. During the forced landing that followedthe acft struck a tree and rolled inverted. It struck the ground in a near vertical nose down attitude. From the amount of fuel aboard at takeoff and the flt time the fuel in the tank being used was down to about 1/4 of a tank. The handbookstates that at this fuel level fuel outlets can be uncovered in uncoordinated slips or skids which will cause fuel starvation.
