ON APPROACH, AILERON CONTROL DESCRIBED AS BINDING BADLY. ROLL CONTROL NOTED AS VERY UNRESPONSIVE WITH UNCOMMANDED ROLL OSCILLATIONS DURING LAST 200 FT OF LANDING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BEARING IN THE AILERON FEEL AND TRIM MECHANISM. OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
