AIRCRAFT INROUTE FROM MNM TO RWI CLIMBING TO FL450 INCOUNTERED LIGHT TURBULANCE, SPEED DECREASED BELOW .72 LT ENGINE FLAMED OUT. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED REQUESTED LOWER FOR RELIGHT, ENGINE RELIGHT AND CLIMB BACK TO FL410. AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO DESTINATION,, INSPECTION FOR FOD DAMAGE AND LEAKS PERFORMED, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
