COUNTER WEIGHT BUSHINGS P/N SL73810 HAVE FAILED AT 2 TO 250 HOURS. IT APPEARS THAT THE MATERIAL MAY BE TOO SOFT. BUSHINGS WERE REMOVED BY OPERATOR AND SENT BACK FOR EVALUATION.
