FLT 620 - DTW-GRR - A STRONG ELECTRICAL SMOKE SMELL ON RIGHT SIDE OF COCKPIT. AFTER SMELL WENT AWAY DISCOVERED RIGHT WIPER CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED, DID NOT RESET. DEFERRED IN GRR CLEARED IN IND. REPLACED FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR. (M)
