GEAR WOULD NOT GO UP ALL THE WAY. FOUND DYNAMIC BRAKE RELAY OPENING UP UNDER A LOAD IN THE UP POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED RELAY. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
