SPOOL BEARING ASSEMBLY DISINTEGRATED. INNER AND OUTER RACES ARE ALL THAT REMAINS. NEARLY ALL EVIDENCE OF BALLS FROM BEARING MISSING. REASON FOR FAILURE POSSIBLY DUE TO BEARING BALL RETAINER FAILURE.
