VIBRATION FELT AND AIRSPEED STARTED TO DECREASE. FLIGHT RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT. UPON ARRIVAL A WALK-AROUND INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE FORWARD WING BOX PANEL WAS LOOSE, NOT FLUSH. REPLACED FORWARD WING BOX PANEL. (M)
