IN CRUISE AT WINDSHIELD SHATTERED, WINDSHIELD REMOVED AND SUBMITTED FOR EXAMINATION ( PEEL CHIP OR SPALLING FAILURES OF THE INNER LAMINATION OF BOTH WINDSHIELDS WAS AN INTERNAL STRESS BUILT INTO THE WINDSHIELDS AT MANUFACTURE.
