FLT 9342 - SAT-DEN, RETURNED TO FIELD DUE TO THE NLG WOULD NOT RETRACT WITH AN ASSOCIATED DISAGREE AND DOOR MESSAGES. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE NLG PROX SWITCH AND THE SYSTEM OPERATED NORMALLY. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. (M)
