What was found

ON TAKEOFF FROM ANCHORAGE, THE RT ATTITUDE INDICATOR FAILED, RIGHT AFTER ROTATION. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ANC. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE RACK INSTRUMENT AMPLIFIER WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
