LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. FINALLY FORCE LANDING GEAR HANDLE DOWN GEAR EXTENDED AND LOCKED BUT STILL HAD TRANSITION LIGHT. PART FAILED PRIMARILY DUE TO AGE AND USE (WEAR).
