What was found
PILOT REPORTED LOW RPM AND PERFORMANCE ISSUES ON GROUND RUN. REMOVE COWLINGS. DURING INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT CARBURETOR LOOSE AND HAD SIGN OF SEEPING. ALL ATTACH SCREWS WERE STILL SAFE TIED.
