PARTIAL POWER LOSS ON TAKEOFF. REJECTED TAKEOFF LEFT SIDE. PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF BOTH ENGINES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED ENGINE PERFORMANCE GROUND RUNS WITH NO ISSUES FOUND DURING RUNS. ALL PARAMETERS WITHIN LIMITS. AIRCRAFT TEST FLIGHT GOOD NO ISSUES NOTED.
