What was found
DURING THE DISASSEMBLY OF ENGINE MM03 (ESN : 577403), THE MECHANIC DISCOVERED A FOD INSIDE THE ENGINE. A 5/16 WRENCH WAS FOUND SEVERELY CRUSHED AND JAMMED BETWEEN THE SM53 INNER AIR SEAL AND THE SM54 DISK.
