What was found
RIGHT ENGINE (#2) REAR COWLING BRACE PIN CABLE CAUGHT AROUND THROTTLE LEVER AND WOULD NOT ALLOW THROTTLE MOVEMENT. CABLE AND BRACKET WERE ADJUSTED TO PREVENT FUTURE ISSUES. THIS OCCURRED AFTER ENGINE START ON THE GROUND.
