LANDING GEAR RELAY CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED AFTER TAKEOFF, WOULD NOT RESET. LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND NORMALLY USED ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURE. REPLACED HYDRAULIC POWERPACK, MOTOR AND PCB. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
