CREW REJECTED THE TAKEOFF ROLL WHEN THE PILOTS AIRSPEED INDICATOR WOULD NOT REGISTER ABOVE 40 KNOTS. MAINTENANCE FOUND PITOT PROBE PARTIALLY OBSTRUCTED. CLEANED OUT PROBE AND PERFORMED PITOT STATIC CHECK. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
