DURING CLIMB, THE RUDDER UNRESTRICTED LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MEM AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED THE RUDDER LIMITER ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
