DURING CLIMB-OUT OF IND, THE NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. AN AIR TURN BACK WAS MADE. AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED NOSE GEAR LOCK ACTUATOR PER BOEING MM 32-33-11. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. (M)
