WHEN BATTERY MASTER WAS SWITCHED TO THE 'ON' POSITION, THE LEFT ENGINE BEGAN TO SPOOL UP. THE CONTACT POINTS WERE WELDED SHUT ON START RELAY. REPLACED RELAY, OKAY FOR SERVICE.
