PILOT REPORTED NO AIR FLOWING FROM OVERHEAD VENTS. WITH ENGINES RUNNING, LOW AIR FLOW THROUGH VENTS. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM, FOUND BLOWER MOTOR INOP. REPLACED MOTOR AND VENTS WORE NORMAL. CAUSE OF MOTOR FAILURE UNKNOWN. MOTOR PN ME38A-1.
