What was found
SPW - DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND 4 RIVETS IN RT FUEL TANK TOP SIDE BETWEEN THE NACELLE AND STALL FORCE LOOSE AND LEAKING FUEL. THE RIVETS WERE REPLACED, THE TANK SEALED, AND LEAK CHECK OKAY.
