OUTBOARD TAB OF BRACKET BROKE OFF AFTER ONLY 434 HOURS. THIS IS THE SECOND BROKEN BRACKET IN 2 YEARS. BROKEN AT RADIUS NEAR NUTPLATE AND RIVETS WHERE IT ATTACHES TO THE HORIZONTAL STAB REAR SPAR.
