INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHEEL GEAR CAME LOOSE FROM DRIVE SHAFT. AIRCRAFT MADE SAFE LANDING. CEB 1140 REV. 4 WAS FOUND EMBODIED. ALLISON NOTIFIED ON 250 REPORT SNK102002.
