CREW REPORTED NOSEWHEEL STEERING 'POPPED' AFTER TURNING OFF RUNWAY. NOSEWHEEL STEERING WAS LOST. MAINTENANCE CREWS FOUND STEERING LEVER ASSEMBLY BROKEN IN HALF AT FORKED END.
