HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LEADING EDGE INBOARD. RIBS ARE BEING FOUND WITH CRACKS OR BROKEN TABS. DEFECT IS PRIMARILY FOUND ON RT SIDE PROBABLY DUE TO ELEVATOR TRIM BEING ON THAT SIDE. THIS IS A HIGH TIME AIRCRAFT USED IN A TRAINING FLEET.
