What was found
ORF/DCA - FLT 3130 - AFTER DEPARTURE, THE RT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. THE AIRCRAFT TURNED BACK AND LANDED IN ORF WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT GEAR PROXIMITY SWITCH.
