What was found
RIGHT ELEVATOR LOWER SURFACE INBD END HAD POPPED AND HAD LOOSE RIVETS. AFTER REMOVAL OF ACCESS PANEL FOUND STIFFENER RIB CRACKED. MANUFACTURED AND INSTALLED NEW RIB, REPLACED POPPED AND LOOSE RIVETS.
