ON CLIMB-OUT, HAD COMPLETE POWER LOSS ON NR 2 ENGINE. ENGINE WAS FEATHERED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO AIRPORT. CARBURETOR WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE AND REPLACED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
