FOUND DEGRADED/LEAKY SURGICAL RUBBER-TYPE TUBING STRETCHED OVER 'AN' THREADED FITTINGS. THE MATERIAL AND METHOD USED IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE APPLICATION. REPLACED WITH AN/MS FITTINGS AND MIL-H HOSE.
