LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. PUMPED GEAR DOWN MANUALLY WITH NO PROBLEM. FOUND MOTOR ON POWER PACK WAS FROZEN. POSSIBLE SEAL LEAKAGE ON POWER PACK HAD EFFECT ON MOTOR.
