POWER PACK WAS INSTALLED PER 300 MM. AFTER FIRST HOUR, THE GEAR WOULD CYCLE EVERY 15-20 SECONDS. NO EXTERNAL LEAKAGE FOUND. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER PACK AND NEW POWER PACK FUNCTIONED OK.
