NOZZLE FLANGE CRACKED APPROXIMATELY 75 PERCENT OF DISTANCE AROUND CIRCUMFERENCE. FOUND USING FPI. VISIBLE ON BOTH SIDES OF FLANGE UNDER BLACK LIGHT. SUSPECT CAUSE, IMPROPER TORQUE.
