FOLLOWING POWER REDUCTION FOR DESCENT, WHEN THROTTLE ADVANCED, NO ENGINE RESPONSE. SELECTED ANTI-ICE OFF AND ENGINE RESPONSE INCREASED TO NORMAL OPERATION. SERVICE CENTER REPLACED BOTH ENGINE FUEL CONTROLS. TEST FLIGHT, ENGINE OPERATED, NORMAL AT ALL ALTITUDES.
