WIPER/DEICE SOLENOID STUCK. CYCLED UNIT 2 TIMES, UNIT STUCK IN OPEN POSITION. SOLENOID FAILED AFTER 2 TIMES. UNIT WOULD RESET AFTER PRESSURE WAS OFF. SUBMITTER STATED NEWLY OVERHAULED UNIT.
