PILOT ATTEMPTED START, START SOLENOID CLICKING. LOW BATTERY OUTPUT TO LOW TO CLOSE SOLENOID. ALTERNATOR CHECKED FOR CHARGING. ALTERNATOR OUTPUT APPROXIMATELY 19.3 VDC FOR 24 VDC SYSTEM. ALTERNATOR REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.
