SERVO HAD BEEN REMOVED FOR LEAKAGE. FOLLOWING INSPECTION BY REPAIR AGENCY (NO DEFECTS FOUND), UNIT WAS REINSTALLED. AFTER 10 HOURS IN SERVICE, SERVO STARTED TO LEAK.
