What was found
DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE BRAKE ASSEMBLY ADJUSTER GUIDE TUBE WAS FOUND PROTRUDING ON S/N 2314 AND S/N 2362. THE ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY WAS LOOSE. REMOVED BOTH ASSEMBLIES AND SENT OUT FOR OVERHAUL.
